[OPEN-ILS-DEV] Unable to login as any user other than egadmin

Thanks, again!

Looking at the User Permission Editor, I'm a little unsure how to adjust the work_ou setting. I don't see any permission labeled 'work_ou'. When the tab opens up, I can search for a user by barcode. I pull up the user, and the Working Location (only one line underneath) was unchecked. I checked the box and saved, but I'm still unable to log in as that user.

When I search for a patron by name, barcode, anything, I'm still not able to find any.

Am I not doing the proper thing to change the user's work_ou?

Work OUs are a mapping table in the permission namespace.

The easiest way to set them is with the staff client in the user permission editor.
