[OPEN-ILS-DEV] Evergreen and QA

Hi Brad -

We at ByWater would be willing to pledge a little bit of money towards QA.
QA is very important and one of the last things anyone ever budgets for -
but should be one of the top things (IMO).  Let me know who I need to talk
with there to pledge some money to the project.
