[OPEN-ILS-DEV] OpenSRF 2.1.3?

Hi,

I'm also willing to do an OpenSRF 2.1.3 release.  At first glance, the
recent committed fixes that seem most useful for a bugfix release are:

#1111799 MultiSession response polling results in high CPU usage

and maybe

#1015273 Debian "Wheezy" install target

I'd appreciate feedback on whether a (possibly final) release in the
2.1.x series is needed.
