[OPEN-ILS-DEV] SIP server documentation available in AsciiDoc on Git collab branch

Hello,

I just wanted to let the EG Dev and DIG list know that I just pushed some
old (EG 2.0) SIP server documentation on a Git collab branch. This
documentation was originally in DocBook, and a while ago a had an intern
convert it to AsciiDoc.

I don't use SIp server so I need others to look it over. So feel free to
make additions, and/or to ask for help with AsciiDoc. Just let me know when
I should push it to master for inclusion in the official docs.
