Evergreen supports the Renew message.

Yes.

The minimum is to just say that those messages are supported.
Examples of the messages could be added later if anybody cares to.

Partially supports.

Evergreen supports the Hold message for the purpose of canceling
holds.  It does not currently support creating hold requests via SIP2.
