[OPEN-ILS-DEV] Icon on hold/transit checkin popup dialog

I don't know if this is a local (C/W Mars) build setting or a not, but when
people are checking in items, either from the Pull List or from the incoming
ILL bin (or probably the general returns bin), the *same* picture (a turtle)
shows up, whether the item is for the local holds shelf or for the outbound
ILL bin. What seems to happen is that *sometimes* (and not esp. rarely), an
item for the holds shelf will get tossed into the outbound ILL bin. Since we
don't print a transit slip (C/W Mars is using an automated conveyer belt
system to scan items and sort them automagically, so the slips are not needed
except for items that have the barcode sticker in a strange place), unless the
person doing the checkins *carefully* reads the dialog pop up, there is a
non-trivial chance that the item will get tossed into the outbound bin. That
is, the the person doing the checkins is NOT reading the dialog, but sees the
turtle and without thinking tosses the item.

It seems to me that the easiest cure for this is to use a *different* icon for
the hold shelf popup and the transit slip popup. Is this a possibility? Is
it something that can be configured locally?
