I for one wouldn't have a problem with a tester using LP to explicitly
say that they've tested the patch and consent to signing off on it.
Whoever merges it can add the signoff line to record it in the Git
history.

One thing to note is that generating the signoff is also handled by
BibLibre's sandbox code.
