[OPEN-ILS-DEV] Developer meeting at the Evergreen Conference

Hi,

I would like to call an Evergreen developer meeting at the conference
tomorrow to discuss the following items:

- planning the content of the developer update at the conference,
which is scheduled for Saturday at 9 a.m.
- discussing and deciding who will be release manager for the release
of Evergreen after 2.6
- any other topics that come to mind that require creating a broad consensus

I suggest that we meet in the hotel lobby at 11:45 a.m. and find a
nearby restaurant to invade. I'll bring my laptop along to relay
messages from anybody who intends to join via #evergreen.

If doing the meeting at lunch is not generally agreeable, I think the
reasonable alternatives are:

- from 5:00 p.m. - 5:45 p.m., i.e., just before the dine-arounds
- after 9 p.m., though this is my least preferred option
