[OPEN-ILS-DEV] Need feedback for planning IRC "practice time" meeting

I think having an hour is a good idea.  I am not sure how fast the IRC logs are updated.  But, if they are not updated too quickly, it would also be useful to have a log of the tutorial somewhere, so stragglers can get up to speed quickly when they make it into the tutorial.
