[OPEN-ILS-DEV] Need feedback for planning IRC "practice time" meeting

Thanks for all the feedback. I will try the first practice time this
Thursday the 27th, at 2 PM EST for an hour. I will send out a message
on the EG lists.

I will plan another practice time next week too.
