[OPEN-ILS-DEV] Need feedback for planning IRC "practice time" meeting

For whatever it's worth, the IRC logs are generally updated instantly.
 You can view http://irc.evergreen-ils.org/evergreen/today as a link
to the logs for a given day, and as folks type in channel, it should
get logged immediately and displayed on refresh of that page.
