For those attending the Hack-A-Way here is the room reservation
information, courtesy of Kathy (who hopefully is headed onto her next
vacation as I type this):
* The hotel is the Comfort Inn, Danvers, MA
http://www.comfortinndanvers.com/
* Kathy has set aside a block of ten rooms from November 3 through November
5. The group rate can be applied to rooms booked earlier and later as long
as you make a point of mentioning the group name when booking. The rooms
are split equally among singles and doubles to accommodate people who may
need to share a room (or maybe just prefer 2 beds.) There is a problem with
doubles on the Friday night of November 6 because of another event that has
set aside rooms, but they may be able to accommodate those requests when
that event releases its rooms. The hotel has given feedback that they are
likely to release rooms so I think we can accomodate this. Historically it
has not been uncommon for folks to head out late Friday anyway.
* To book the rooms, attendees should call 1-978-777-1700 to book their
rooms and mention the group name of Evergreen Developer Hackaway. The group
rate is $85 without tax and $94.95 with tax.
* Kathy will line up volunteers to help with transportation to/from the
airport as well as to/from NOBLE headquarters. Please book your flights
into into Logan Airport in Boston. If you have to fly into Providence
Kathy may be able to help provide arrangements for that but try to fly into
Logan. If you do you may have to arrange your own transportation depending
on Kathy's schedule, etc...
* Hotel rooms should be booked by October 15. The group rate will be
available after the 15th, but the rooms will be released and could be
reserved by others.
