[OPEN-ILS-DEV] TypeError: g.my_libs_tree is null

Those sound like the right places (by default). Maybe also the apache
log, which I think goes towards /var/log/apache/*.log
You did restart apache service after you ran autogen, right? And exit
out of the client and try over.
