[OPEN-ILS-DEV] Feedback fest #2 -- Tuesday update

Hi,

Today, five bugs on the feedback fest list got feedback and two of
them were merged. An additional three pull requests have been added:

* LP#1655158 - patron search by date of birth
* LP#1624443 - Adding a duplicate title to a Temporary List causes an
"Internal Server Error"
* LP#1145213 - bibliographic record merge
