[OPEN-ILS-DEV] Call for buildmasters

Hi,

As this time, I would like to call for volunteers to serve as members
of the buildmaster team during the 3.0 release cycle.  The primary
responsibilities of the buildmasters include:

* In coordination with the release manager (Galen Charlton), creating
release tarballs for Evergreen 3.0, including alpha, beta, release
candidates, and final releases.
* In coordination with the 2.12 and 2.11 release maintainers (Kathy
Lussier and Mike Rylander), creating release tarballs for the monthly
maintenance releases.
* Advising on and creating improvements to the build tools

I imagine that building Hatch releases may also get folded into the
buildmaster team's bailiwick.
