Hi,

In preparation for the release candidate tomorrow, I am sending out a
call for changes needed for the installation and upgrade process,
particularly the schema update.

I'm aware of the following so far:

- a change in the works by Mike to sync up the base schema and schema
updates for action.fieldset_group
- chatter about adjustments for record reingest
