Jane's question also reopens the discussion over what to do about our
git hosting and use of Launchpad.  We've had some discussion in the past
about moving to github or some other hosting platform and dropping
Launchpad for bug tracking.

Decision made (or not made) with respect to those issues will affect how
easy it is for newcomers to contribute to Evergreen.
