[OPEN-ILS-DEV] Innovative Patron API emulator

Hello, I have a memory of hearing mentions of various libraries setting up
Innovative Patron API emulators for their Evergreen system, so that vendors
can authenticate patrons against Evergreen.

Does anyone have code for such a thing in a repository that I can use?
