[OPEN-ILS-DOCUMENTATION] Times for training documentation volunteers

Mornings work best for me, although I can manage some afternoons if it
is early in the afternoon.  We are in the Central time zone, and I am
usually available until 2:00 each day except Monday and Thursday.  I'm
in meetings on Monday's from 11:30-12:45 and from 1:00-5:00 on
Thursdays.
