[OPEN-ILS-DOCUMENTATION] DocBook glossary example

In the spirit of SITKA's explorations with DocBook, since I know there
are some people interested in a glossary proof of concept, I created a
very small DocBook XML glossary file (two subjections, one term each).
I'm attaching it to this message to see if it actually goes through.

We have some options with where we locate project-wide examples; I'd
summarize the general agreement to be "in one place." ;-) The
documentation project has a Subversion instance where XML and CSS can
be committed, and the evergreen-ils.org website has a docs directory
where HTML and associated files can be uploaded. (Note,
evergreen-ils.org also has a "documentation" directory with a handful
of old files in it.)

But for right now let me see where I get with this attachment...
