Glad training continues to go well, Darlene! Going forward, working from
Google Docs won't be adequate to really provide the kind of help I think we
can provide since we cannot see the "context" in which the help will reside.

Anyone working on context sensitive help will need to have access to a staff
client. And we all need to see what the other guy is doing. The good news
is we could maybe use a publicly accessible server and staff client like the
one Jason mentioned at
http://evergreen-ils.org/dokuwiki/doku.php?id=scratchpad:custom_help.

Jason, can we have a *dedicated *server for this purpose and could we keep
it in sync with the most recent developments (or at least close) as they get
rolled in? Do you have another suggestion? Also, how could those of us
working on this project with Darlene most easily gain access to what they
are working on without creating more work for KCLS staff (who have their
hands very full right now!).
