Hi Everybody,

I'd like to encourage everyone to share what documentation you've been working on via this mailing list.  Whether it's just to mention what you intend to work on or you have something (even unfinished) to attach that shows what direction you're heading, it would help us all to get on the same page and see who's working on what, partly to help us avoid duplicating effort unnecessarily, and partly to show some visible progress.  If everyone could aim to give a progress or intent update by this time next week, that would be great.  :)
