[OPEN-ILS-DOCUMENTATION] Complete list and documentation for receipt template macros?

Thanks, Karen! I have not started making a list of the macro discrepancies I
have noticed, because I didn't want to reinvent the wheel, but if no one
else is already working on it (I'll check the archives first), then I will
give it a shot.
