[OPEN-ILS-DOCUMENTATION] Sitka's training manual on Evergreen 2.0

Hi Mary,

When I tested the bib overlay, I found without a profile the overlay  
would not work. So I made that very simple profile by failing and  
trying. It meets our minimum requirement.

The attributes on Edit Attributes were not set up by me. I captured  
the attributes and overlay profile screens. Hopefully they may help you.
