[OPEN-ILS-DOCUMENTATION] Sitka's training manual on Evergreen 2.0

Hi Tina,

Thanks for your screen shots. I was looking at something another site 
put up and it had me confused, thinking I had to define the tags on 
the bib attributes screen before setting up the overlay.

But if you've had success by simply listing the tag numbers, that's 
encouraging.
