[OPEN-ILS-DOCUMENTATION] Chapter 14. Using the Booking Module (2.x)

Hi All,

We've been testing the Booking Module here at Evergreen Indiana over the past several days and noticed the documentation wasn't yet in the 2.x documentation books.  We did, however, find the 1.6 documentation useful, so I think it may be worthy of being pulled over.

One suggestion, I'd like to make, is to include the permissions required to utilize the module.  I've compiled a list of them, with some help from Galen Charlton, in hopes they could be included with the documentation.  We struggled a bit to find the required permissions for this feature and had to rely on old database upgrade scripts to find them.

Based on my research, the following are required to use the booking module:

'ADMIN_BOOKING_RESERVATION'
'ADMIN_BOOKING_RESERVATION_ATTR_MAP'
'ADMIN_BOOKING_RESERVATION_ATTR_VALUE_MAP'
'ADMIN_BOOKING_RESOURCE'
'ADMIN_BOOKING_RESOURCE_ATTR'
'ADMIN_BOOKING_RESOURCE_ATTR_MAP'
'ADMIN_BOOKING_RESOURCE_ATTR_VALUE'
'ADMIN_BOOKING_RESOURCE_TYPE'
'ADMIN_BOOKING_RESERVATION'
'VIEW_TRANSACTION'
'RETRIEVE_RESERVATION_PULL_LIST'
'CAPTURE_RESERVATION'
'VIEW_USER'
