I was looking at Robert's outline (

I didn't add the following because i wasn't sure about where but there
should be under install software information about install EDI (see
http://evergreen-ils.org/dokuwiki/doku.php?id=acq:edi_configuration ).  I
wasn't sure if " Installing the server software (BASE) " would include this.
