[OPEN-ILS-DOCUMENTATION] Progress on reintegrating older missing docs

Hi DIG,

I have posted a git working branch (and a Launchpad bug) for the Holds doc that was worked on at the DIG Hack-a-way.  I intend to see this one through to completion, but would it be useful to others if I posted git branches of other docs that were worked on at the hack-a-way that are mostly ready for reintegration?  Are there others who are actively using git to work on docs?
