[OPEN-ILS-DOCUMENTATION] old documentation

I've found some older documentation that does not seem to have been carried
over to later editions although it still seems applicable.

For example, this documentation on copy locations exists in the 2.1
documentation:
http://docs.evergreen-ils.org/2.1/html/lsa-copy-locations.html

However, I can't seem to find this same documentation in the 2.5
documentation.

Copy locations are briefly mentioned here:
http://docs.evergreen-ils.org/2.5/_borrowing_items_who_what_for_how_long.html#_copy_locations
But the treatment in the 2.1 documentation seems more thorough.

Is anyone aware of any other features in Evergreen 2.5 that you feel are
documented more thoroughly in earlier versions of the documentation.
