[OPEN-ILS-DOCUMENTATION] old documentation

Adam,

Regretfully there are several examples of this in the official docs.
Two years ago my library brought in an MLS student intern to help
convert older documentation into the newer versions of the official
docs. Not everything she worked on has been moved over, but some has.
I would have to see if this was worked on already, if not I am glad
you brought it up so we can assign this chunk to someone that wants to
help DIG.

I of course can offer mentoring to explain how to do the conversion
process from the old DocBook formating to the new and much simpler
AsciiDoc.

Thanks,
Yamil
