> Second, I have a few questions about the meeting agenda.  It seems like it keeps getting longer, and old stuff never really gets removed.  Are there items that can be removed to simplify things?  Are there items that need a decision to be made?  Since we decided today to focus on 2.6 features in the short term, should we prioritize the agenda with that near the top and agenda items about older docs moved lower?  Then when we finish the 2.6 features, that item can be removed and we can continue our workflow on older docs.  Just trying to simplify and focus our efforts for maximum progress.  



I suspect that some items can be removed, but to be extremely safe I don't usually remove much. I would rather that the group decides and not just the person updating the agenda page.
