[OPEN-ILS-DOCUMENTATION] ***SPAM*** RE: Progress Report on 2.6 Features

I am working on my topic now.

I did run into something and if someone else could confirm I haven't just missed it somewhere: is there no documentation about the 'apply standing penalties/messages' screens under the "Messages" button in the patron record?

I see a page that describes what kind of standing penalties might be applied, but nothing about how staff can add alerts, blocks and notes from this screen.

(If it's really not there, I will add it, because I can't describe how you require initials for these notes if there's nothing talking about how to make them in the first place.)

Please consider this a very friendly reminder about your commitments to help get Evergreen 2.6 new features documented.  How's it going?  Below is the status of each feature as far as I know.  If you are on the list below, please send a quick reply with your updated status.  And if you feel stuck or got busy, you are certainly free to say so!  We are all working together to finish all new 2.6 features by July 1, so we will all help each other however we can.  Don't feel bad to ask for help.  Also, notice there are three more unclaimed features, so claim one if you can.
