That is a good idea to include information on how to build the docs
with the docs. Perhaps in a README file inside the "docs" directory? I
wonder what others think? I would like the instructions listed on the
DIG wiki pages too. For example, I have some notes on how to fix the
issue of parsing the "[source,bash] blocks" that I need to post.
