[OPEN-ILS-DOCUMENTATION] Broken link in documentation

Hi,

While going through the documentation for the 2.6 version of Evergreen, I
noticed a broken link in the first note (3rd point)  'Evergreen Download
Page'

Also, I made some changes in the documentation, on the github website
(bug#1369203 and bug#1294299), and created pull requests for the files I
edited. I wasn't able to push the changes directly onto the working
repository through git because I'm facing firewall issues. All SSH ports in
my university are blocked. I am trying to work around it and hopefully will
be able to commit directly from the next time, but for now could someone
accept my changes?)
