[OPEN-ILS-DOCUMENTATION] new 2.7 documentation in master

Hello DIG,

I have added several pieces of documentation for Evergreen 2.7 to master.
 The features documented are:

Copy View/Edit Links (written by Erica Rohlfs, Equinox Software Inc.)

and

Delayed vs. Canceled Items
Report Editing
Report Hints (all written by Sally Fortin, Athenaeum Educational Services)

I will check the documentation tomorrow to see if everything rendered
