[OPEN-ILS-DOCUMENTATION] New DIG draft meeting agenda

Hi DIG (especially those who edit the wiki),

Happy New Year!  Since we didn't have a draft meeting agenda and I wanted to record some tasks for our unscheduled next meeting, I created the following:

It's linked from the top of the meetings page<http://evergreen-ils.org/dokuwiki/doku.php?id=evergreen-docs:dig_meetings>.  When we schedule a meeting, we should copy the source of the draft into a new page.  Then the draft can be reverted to its original form.  Comments and edits are welcome, as always.
