[OPEN-ILS-DOCUMENTATION] Web client docs will now replace XUL client docs in 2.12 documentation

Hi all,

I just pushed a commit that removes the Web Client Preview section of
the docs and that uses its content to replace the relevant XUL client
documentation.

This is based on a decision we made on 2017-01-19:

Thanks to everybody who has worked to document the Web client!
