[OPEN-ILS-DOCUMENTATION] 2.12 documentation needs

Hello DIG,

First of all, I apologize for dropping the ball on last week's
hack-a-way.  I'm curious to hear your thoughts on how to start
chipping away about the 2.12 documentation needs.  Do folks want to
work on this at the conference, perhaps?
