[OPEN-ILS-DOCUMENTATION] Docs reorg PDFs broken

Hi Robert,

I noticed that the PDF links for the new separated docs manuals under Evergreen 3.0 are broken.  The EPUBs seem to be building fine, and the development versions of the PDFs are fine, and the 3.0 "consolidated manual" (the old style combined manual) PDF is fine.  Could you check for errors during building the 3.0 separate PDFs?  Thanks for your help with this.
