[OPEN-ILS-DOCUMENTATION] Problems with live docs "dev" vs. "master"

Hi Robert,

I committed some docs changes to the master and 3.0 repositories, and I ran into a problem when checking the generated docs for my changes.  Here's what I see.  It seems like "master/" is being built from an older branch?  And the separated manuals aren't being built for "dev/" (which still uses the master repo for the consolidated docs).  Let us know if there's something we need to fix in the AsciiDoc.  Thanks for looking into this!

CASE 1:

These have my changes:

-          http://docs.evergreen-ils.org/3.0/_creating_popularity_badges.html

-          http://docs.evergreen-ils.org/dev/_creating_popularity_badges.html

This doesn't have my changes:

-          http://docs.evergreen-ils.org/master/_creating_popularity_badges.html

CASE 2 (new separated manual):

This has my changes:

-          http://docs.evergreen-ils.org/reorg/3.0/command_line_admin/_ebook_api_integration.html

This doesn't have my changes:

-          http://docs.evergreen-ils.org/reorg/master/command_line_admin/_ebook_api_integration.html

This page doesn't exist!
