[OPEN-ILS-DOCUMENTATION] Your assistance needed: review the reorganized documentation

Jane,

Thanks for your work on this! I added some suggestions to the clean-up wiki page and wanted to explain briefly, in case others have a better idea. I would want these new "books" to include everything that a user needs to perform the stated role in Evergreen. For example, the chapter "Using the Public Access Catalog" should be included in each book so that staff in any role can quickly get their search questions answered without having to open the "Public Catalog" book. Another example might be viewing report output (if a section is created for that), since users of all types might need to do that.

Thoughts anyone?

Subject: [OPEN-ILS-DOCUMENTATION] Your assistance needed: review the reorganized documentation

Dear Documentation enthusiasts,

We are one step closer to re-arranging our official documentation into
several manuals that better meet the needs of specific audiences
within our community. The most current version of these manuals can
be found under "Master" at http://docs-testing.evergreen-ils.org/

At this point, we need your help reviewing the reorganized manuals.
Whether you are just starting with Evergreen or you are already a
power user, please find a chapter, section, or entire manual that
interests you and add your feedback to this wiki page:
https://wiki.evergreen-ils.org/doku.php?id=evergreen-docs:reorg:clean_up

The following feedback would be very helpful:

* what's missing from the manual you reviewed
* what doesn't fit in that particular manual
* problems with the manual's structure, flow, etc.
* points of confusion, typos, out-of-date material, etc.

Please let me know if you have any questions! If you don't have an
account on the wiki, send me an email and I can get you set up. :-)

Thanks for engaging in this important work!

   -Jane
