[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Playing around with staff client

After thinking about it and trying this out I like the design of it.
If I use the capture holds interface then anything going to the hold
shelf is passed right through with no extra staff involvement which
would make processing a large stack of items go quickly. If an item
wasn't going to fill a hold and was picked up by mistake it would throw
an exception. And vice versa for item check in where most of the items
would be expected to be reshelved.

Now I am wondering about pickup notices? Has that been implemented
yet? Will an hold pickup email be sent out automatically or is it a
process that requires a report to be run by staff? How about notifying
someone with a phone call. Is that handled by staff when the holdslip
is printed?

Thanks
Josh
