[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Default Z39.50

Well, so far I am very impressed with Evergreen.  I have created a couple of
patrons, and put created a MARC record.  I have however, been unable to
connect to any z39.50 servers.  When I try to connect to LC, I get this
error: Z 3950_LOGIN_FAILED : null

This is with the username and password blank.

Can anyone point me in the right direction toward setting up Z39.50Searching?
