[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] New versions

I've just cut posted new stable and dev tarballs.  They are available
at the regular spot ( http://open-ils.org/cvs.html ) and include many
updates recently discussed on the -dev list, including a couple
patches from Scott McKellar and Dan Scott (thanks guys!).

A couple highlights about the stable release (1.0.5.0):

 * Memory leak and segfault-at-first-startup fixes from Scott McKellar
 * A minor CLAIMSRETURNED fix
 * Adding pickup_lib to the list of things that affect hold
permissibility for a given copy
 * Fixed OPAC results display problem for still-image records
 * Some portability fixes for installation
 * Many UI cleanups and fixes

And for the dev release (1.1.4):

 * All of the above, plus
 * Multiple permission org units for staff (no UI yet)
 * Report creation enhancements
 * Even more UI work -- go Jason!
