[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Default Z39.50

I would send it to you...but it won't be useful.
I tried copying the original file to opensrf.old, then copied it back to
opensrf.xml...tried the system, and it worked!  Other then copy the
file, I didn't alter it in anyway. Why this makes it work, I couldn't
tell you.  I did try again with a fresh image of the vmware server, and
duplicated my results.

Would you mind sending your opensrf.xml file so we could see the
difference between yours and the stock one (and hopefully repair the
issue, if we can find it, in CVS)?  If you'd prefer to send it
off-list that would be fine.
