[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Evergreen 1.2.0-rc3 + VMWare image available

Mike quietly released Evergreen 1.2.0-rc3 (third release candidate for
1.2.0, the next major release) at the end of last week. I just
finished updating the Gentoo VMWare image to 1.2.0-rc3.

Both the Evergreen 1.2.0-rc3 source code and the VMWare image are
available for download from http://open-ils.org/downloads.php

Please give 1.2.0-rc3 a spin and let us know if you run into a
regression or problems!
