Yep, it is autogen.sh.

>From step 21 of the ubuntu installation notes:

  sudo -u opensrf ./autogen.sh /openils/conf/opensrf_core.xml
  this must be run from /openils/bin

If the org structure is changed using this admin interface can the
autogen.sh step be skipped?
