[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Version 1.2.1.1 released!

Folks, I've just updated the downloads page (
http://open-ils.org/downloads.php ) to reflect the new Evergreen
release, version 1.2.1.1.  The majority of the work in this release is
bug and regression fixing.  The 1.2.0 upgrade instructions still
apply.

Of particular note in this release is the QA oversight of our
colleague at GPLS, Sally "Murph" Murphy.  She is keeping us honest,
and her influence can be seen in the quality of this release.  Thanks,
Murph.  Keep up the great work.
