[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Debian VMWare image updated to Evergreen 1.2.1.4

Ugh - yes - the username (-U argument) should be "evergreen", not "postgres".

Thanks a ton for testing this out! I'll fix the wiki entry accordingly.
