Thanks for your quick response, Brandon.  I think what we're looking for
is in fact at the bib record level.  As an example, we need to determine
if Customer A, who's read almost everything by J.A. Jance, has had
"Sentenced To Die" in any format or from any of our branches since she
signed up as a homebound customer.
